To the family of Mr Phillip Brown. Words cannot describe the lose. I am sadden to hear of his accident. But family know that Phillip loved us all so much. His contagious laughter would always brighten a room. For those that knew Phillip knew he was a young man that made so many changes for the best. Phillip was a well mannered young man, always willing to help I seen this kid grow from a preteen to a you g man. No matter where he saw me it always mom Shirley to him with a big hug. To the family Phillip would ask each us to dry our eyes. It's all right I am good. God needed Phillip to to protect us from above. Phillip take your wings it's ok. You got us !!! Spread the your wings and soar.
