My condolences to the Carter Family for the loss of their dear mother, sister, grandmother. I just heard of her passing. I had the opportunity to work with her when I was Regional Vice-President for Shaw University National Alumni Chapter. She was a very smart and outgoing woman and served as President of her chapter very well. My prayers will forever be with the family.

It's hard to believe, the last of who I called "The Golden Girls" is gone. It was such a pleasure meeting you at Red Hill, only to find out your were good friends with my aunt.Thank you for always sharing a hug and a smile. Most of all thank you for "adopting" (as you would say) my son as your boy.. WE love you ma Carter and will miss you dearly.Until we meet again!!!
